Collaboration Agreement and Terms of Participation

By submitting your application for collaboration with Yves Rocher USA, you (the "Applicant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Right to Terminate Offer
Yves Rocher USA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate this collaboration offer at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. The validity of this offer is at the sole discretion of Yves Rocher USA.

2. Grant of Rights for Content Use
By submitting your application, you grant Yves Rocher USA, its affiliates, and partners, the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works of any content you provide in connection with the collaboration (including, but not limited to, photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, social media posts, etc.) for marketing, promotional, advertising, or any other lawful purposes, across any and all channels including websites, social media platforms, print materials, and digital or broadcast media.

3. No Compensation or Obligation
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, you acknowledge that participation in this collaboration may not entitle you to any monetary compensation, and you are providing your content freely for the purposes outlined above. Yves Rocher USA is under no obligation to use any content submitted.

4. Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that your submission does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yves Rocher USA and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submission of content or participation in this collaboration, including but not limited to claims of infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided by Yves Rocher USA to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while participating in the collaboration, including any relevant advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements.

8. Collaboration offer/ code does not include any other website offer/ promotion.
