Shipping & Returns
Yes we do! We offer a 60-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the option to receive a refund or store credit, based on your preference. Additionally, all returns are free of charge! no need to worry about return shipping fees. You can conveniently drop off your return at any USPS location nearest to you. Please note that returns of subscription items will be charged with a $7 return label fee starting the second subscription delivery onwards (first subscription delivery return will be free of charge).
We sure do! We offer a 60-day exchange policy to provide you with the flexibility to swap any item you're not completely happy with. Simply return the original item to any USPS drop-off center near you and select your new item with our customer service team! For more details please visit our Exchanges page.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, a shipping fee of $12 will be applied. This fee covers all locations within the US.

Products
We do not offer product samples at the moment. We can assure you we are working hard to bring them back!
Our cosmetic products do not intentionally contain gluten as an ingredient. However, due to the inclusion of certain plant extracts, our formulations might carry traces of gluten at extremely low concentrations, potentially undetectable by current analytical methods. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that our products are completely gluten-free.
We are dedicated to providing a broad selection of vegan products, and the majority of our offerings are indeed vegan. However, a few of our products do contain beeswax, a secretion from honeybees, and are therefore not vegan.
Since 1989, Yves Rocher has ceased animal testing and has adopted alternative methods to ensure the quality of our products. Generally, the brand avoids using any raw materials of animal origin, with the sole exception of beeswax.

We will gladly accept returns for any unopened items within 60 days of your first subscription purchase through our website. If you're not completely satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it to any Yves Rocher USA store for a full refund (Shipping fees excluded) or exchange. Alternatively, you may ship it back to us. First shipment return of a subscription is free using a prepaid shipping label.
For any return of products starting the second subscription shipment onwards, we will charge the customer a $7 fee for the return shipping label. For second and onwards subscription orders over $65, the return fee will be total $19.
To subscribe, simply visit the product page of any item that’s eligible for subscription, select the subscription option, and choose your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., every month, every 3 months). Then add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual!
Once you’re subscribed, managing your subscription is simple:

Try Before you buy program
We understand how challenging it can be to find products you truly love. That’s why we offer our Try Before You Buy program, allowing you to take our products home and see if they’re the right fit for you.
When you order products through our Try Before You Buy program, you have 21 days to try them (You'll only be charged for shipping upfront, while the cost of the product will be preauthorized and charged later if you decide to keep it). You can incorporate the products into your routine and use them as much as you'd like. If you don’t return or exchange your Try Before You Buy order within 21 days, we’ll assume you love them and charge the original payment method for the full price of the items you decide to keep.

Yes, you can try the products for free for a 21-day trial period, with just a shipping fee to cover. If you choose to keep the product(s), you’ll be charged the full price at the end of the trial.
A preauthorization is a standard fraud prevention method used by financial institutions to ensure secure transactions. It’s a temporary hold on the funds in your account, which won’t be transferred to us unless you decide to keep the product.

Your 21-day trial starts the day your order is placed. If there’s a delivery delay, please contact us to and we will extend your trial period.
To return your Try Before You Buy order, simply email us at info@yvesrocher.us or use our live chat feature to request a return label within your 21-day trial period. Follow these easy steps:
- Download the return label provided by our customer support team.
- Pack the item(s) carefully in their original packaging to avoid any extra shipping fees. Attach the return label to the package.
- Drop the package off at the designated courier location mentioned on your return label.
- Once the return is scanned by the courier, we’ll process your return and cancel your Try Before You Buy order for the returned products. You won’t be charged for the items you send back.
Unfortunately, if you initiate a return or exchange after the 21-day trial period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that this return and exchange policy differs from our policy for regular orders paid upfront.
