"They call it a lotion but it is more of a runny gel that turns into watery consistency when applying on face. It does not leave the skin oily. My skin is normal to dry and I have to put on moisturizer on top of this to keep my skin feeling less tight. A little goes a long way. I feel it is working to make my skin bright and even toned.
